From the first phone call I made until sadly my mother died the whole package was amazing, the carers were excellent, nothing was too much trouble and they built up a rapport with my mum, which both she and we appreciated. The management were totally on the ball. I would have no hesiation about recommending Bluebird to anyone who was in need of care. Have to say they knocked spots off the first well known company I went with, so glad I changed to them.

Bluebird Care provide the transport for my daughter, who has autism and a mild learning disability, to enable her to attend a specialist college which is a 45 minute journey each way. This provision was provided at very short notice but they came out to meet us the very next day, so we were able to reassure our daughter. The driver is friendly and professional and any delays en-route are immediately relayed to me by phone so I am able to inform the college, or I know there is a reason for the delay. I am very satisfied with the service Bluebird Care has provided so far.

I contacted Bluebird following inadequate care from a previous provider for my mother-in-law. I have nothing but praise for the whole team. The manager was excellent and came to our rescue when we needed it, at very short notice. She arranged a suitable care plan and everything is going fine. The carers are very pleasant, always prompt and my mother-in-law looks forward to their visits. They take the time to talk to her and that makes her happy. The most important thing is that consistency is maintained amongst the carers whenever possible. We feel we can now take a step back knowing that she will be looked after and we would be notified of any problems. I also know that I can contact the Manager anytime to sort out any issues arising, as she is always happy to help. I would certainly recommend this company to friends.
