After a positive meeting held on the 18th June with Stephen Ward from Mind Active, Bluebird Care (Northumberland South) are proud to Promote Inclusion Through Mental Stimulation.
Mind Active provide Dementia support for carers and their loved ones. They provide a choice from 8 days per month to join our community based activities, where guests can begin to relax with lunch and musical entertainment, free raffle, multi-choice quiz and mid-session tea/coffee and cake break.
