Hello, my name is Lisa I have worked in health care now for about 22 years oh dear I feel old, I also had a break from the health sector and went and worked the last 10yrs in construction as a Labourer but in that time, I also worked for Bluebird Care as I always loved caring it is in my bones. I am however full time now with Bluebird since January and I would not work for any other company. Sue is the best manager I have ever worked for, she is down to earth, and she has all her staffs backs and she fights for what she believes in, she is also so approachable. The office staff are fabulous, so friendly and kind, there is a sense of family spirit solidarity. Team leaders well they are great too, they guide you and will not leave you until you feel ready, they also introduce you to your clients and shadowed till you are ready. Most care company's throw you straight in but Bluebird will guide you and support you all the way. They are the first company I know of who pays you for traveling, yes you get petrol, but you get for how long you are in your car. First care company you should approach for a job, and you will enjoy every minute and the best is you could be shadowing me! Ha.
