I just wanted to say how grateful I was for the care I received while on holiday at Saint Anthony's Head. Susanna and Rachel were lovely. I do appreciate it was very difficult to sort people out for my care but I just wanted to say that I was very grateful and appreciative, they were both lovely, thank you very much!
Fiona Mitchell is a brilliant Area Manager and we are very pleased with the outstanding care provided by Bluebird.
To all the amazing Bluebird Carers who cared for our mum with love and dignity - we're so grateful for everything you've done! Thank you. We are so grateful to you all for making our mum's last days as comfortable as they were, and special thanks to Sara and Naomi who were there for us at the end of mum's life.
To the staff of Bluebird Care who looked after my mother - please accept the great thanks of the family and of my mother, which she expressed prior to her death.
Thank you to each of my husband's wonderful carers. So many lovely girls, plus Matt, who arrived each of his last 12 days. Smiling, joking, treating him so gently, maintaining his dignity, you truly changed our lives.
He looked forward to your visits, you made him feel so comfortable, he would do anything you asked! You all enriched both of us for those last few days... A thank you is heartfelt, but seems inadequate for what you did. Please join us for his funeral, and help us celebrate my husband's life.
P.S. I will never forget any of you - Ruth, Carole, Heidi, Danny, Jade, Amanda, Jodie, Paige, Emily, Zoe, Jana and Matt. Special thanks to Ruth for helping me at the end, and Carole for the huge smackarooney kisses - you made him feel so special. The dogs miss you too! And Melissa, I only met you once but thank you for arranging everything.
Dear Bluebird, especially Jade and Shar -
Thannk you so much for supporting my sister on our special day. You really went above and beyond, so much so that it was like you had been a part of our family for years. Your balance of professionalism and sensitivity was wonderful. I was really worried about not having someone I knew but you guys were amazing! It was really great for my mum to have a proper day off too!
My family and I would just like to thank you for all the care and support you provided for my Grandad. He is now in a Nursing Home due to needing more full time nursing care, but we wanted to thank you all for the care you provided (especially Rob) during the past year.
Your carers showed the greatest kindness, patience and understanding for which we are very grateful.
