Our Values
We work around you, adapting as your needs and preferences change. We keep families closely involved, so the person receiving care stays in control of it for as long as possible. Staying in regular contact is how trust gets built, and that matters to us more than anything else.
Quality Care
We employ our Care Experts directly, and we train them properly. Every new Care Expert completes a thorough recruitment process and an extensive induction, followed by hands-on training alongside our most experienced team members. We keep supporting and developing them long after that. It is why our teams stay, and why our customers see familiar faces.
Understanding the Cost of Care
Choosing care for someone you love is about far more than numbers. But cost matters, what you pay depends on how much support is needed, how often, and whether any specialist or clinical care is involved. We will talk you through it properly, with no obligation and no pressure.
Not everyone pays for their own care, either. There may be help available through Cornwall Council, through NHS Continuing Healthcare, or through Attendance Allowance, which is not means-tested. We can explain what might apply to you before you commit to anything.
Not sure where to start?
Most people who call us have never arranged care before. That is normal, and you do not need to have it worked out beforehand.
We will listen to what has been happening, answer your questions, and talk through the options with you — including any local support you might not know about yet.
If you would like to go further, we will visit at home, meet the person who would be receiving care, and put a plan together with you.
