We work with private customers, those on Individual Personal Budgets, as well as customers from Early Intervention and who are Continuing Health Care funded. We have met the requirements for Care at Home Services with Cornwall Council.
WHAT WE DO:
We believe in ‘Good old fashioned service’, tailored to our customer’s individual needs, and flexible enough to suit changing circumstances. We provide domestic and personal care without fuss, and offer:
Shopping, cleaning, meals and social visits
Personal care to help with getting up, washing, dressing, and going to bed
Prompting to assist with medication
Trained and police checked staff, who are supported and supervised
Cost effective alternatives to residential care, in your own home, with friends around you
Transparent charges, and visits from just 30 minutes up to live-in or full 24 hour care
The quality of care we want for our own families and loved ones
We ask you how you think we’re doing and where we can improve our services
Good wages and support for our staff, investing in their training, enabling us to recruit and retain the best staff, so we can provide quality care and consistency for our customers
These are just some of the things we offer. Nothing is too much trouble and we have a ‘can do’ approach to solving our customer needs.

I just wanted to mention how Kerry and Rachel are doing such an amazing job with dad. I’m surprised he has accepted them going in and caring for him because he’s always been against anyone going in in the past. Dad had a few bad days and Rachel pulled out all the stops to make him comfortable and Kerry is on the end of the phone when she’s off so they are really amazing girls who dad is always praising. They both do such an amazing job caring for him and he looks forward to their visits. This is a huge relief for me being so far away. Huge brownie points to both of them.
