Successful Fundraising For Involve Kent

We have now completed the second of two days of fundraising for our named charity Involve Kent in Maidstone town centre, where we were joined by Care Assistants Chesnie, Fainess and Leah who kindly gave up their time to be with us.

Heading Out With Frank

All our customers have a wealth of life experience and past stories. We recently took one of our customers, Frank, out for lunch where we visited local Millbrooks Garden Centre and enjoyed a relaxing time. Frank, who is 92 and lives in Northfleet, has been one of our customers since 2016. Care Supervisor Sam arranged for him and his daughter Ruth to head out for afternoon tea where Frank also shared some of his fascinating history.

Fred And Laura Keep Their Independence With A Little Support

Customers Fred and Laura have been able to stay in their home of 24 years and keep their independence thanks to the support they have recieved from our team. They are pleased to share their experience with us here. Laura (89) initially required short-term care after a fall, but when her husband Fred (85) was diagnosed with dementia the couple felt unable to carry on supporting themselves independently.

Providing A Premium Service

We are no ordinary homecare provider and proud to provide our customers with a premium service. We always go the extra mile to meet their high expectations and do a lot of different things to others.    As well as premium quality day to day care and support, there is a tremendous amount of other things we do! We have recently launched a booklet that outlines just a few of these things and you can read a little about them here.

Launching Our Customer Directory

As part of our initiatives plan for 2017, we have recently launched a customer contact book that sits alongside our customers paperwork to clearly outline important information to the customer such as dates and numbers.
