Launching Our Customer Directory

As part of our initiatives plan for 2017, we have recently launched a customer contact book that sits alongside our customers paperwork to clearly outline important information to the customer such as dates and numbers.

As part of our initiatives plan for 2017, we have recently launched a customer contact book that sits alongside our customers paperwork to clearly outline important information to the customer such as dates and numbers.

We are in the final stages of implementing this book with all current customers and all new customers receive one when they start.

Although it does contain a lot of information that is also in the care plan, it is something recommended by Bluebird Care offices across the UK and has been very well received by customers.

We continue to strive to provide our customers with a premium service and implementing our customer directory is something that forms an important part of this.

We put a lot of effort into ensuring that we exceed our customer’s expectations and as we strive to continue providing a premium service, we are proud to have recently launched our customer directory.

The directory has been very well received by our customers and their loved ones as it is a great size and contains the important information that they need to hand.
