Are the Care Assistants trained?
All of our care assistants are fully trained, this training is updated annually and we carry out regular supervisions to ensure that our care assistants are competent to provide the highest quality care.
Are the Care Assistants experienced?
All of our Live-in Care Assistants have prior experience in care, and we complete work and personal reference checks as part of our recruitment process.
Are background checks carried out on the Care Assistants?
All of our Care Assistants are fully background checked, including police record checks. This check is completed annually for our Live-in Care Assistants. We also complete reference checks from professional and personal sources.
Will my needs be met?
Our management team between them have years of experience, and they use their skills and knowledge to complete an in-depth assessment, to understand your needs and build a care plan tailored to your needs. We carry out regular reviews with you, to ensure that you are happy with your care.
Will the Care Assistants help with meals?
Our Care Assistants will work with you to work out what you enjoy eating, they will make you delicious meals and ensure that you continue to have the choice of what you would like to eat.
Can the Care Assistants help with medication?
All of our Care Assistants complete medication training, and can assist you with medication, keeping accurate records to ensure your peace of mind.
Can the Care Assistants help with personal care?
All of our Care Assistants work in a person-centred way, where privacy and dignity is respected, our Care Assistants will assist you with personal care whilst ensuring that you feel as comfortable as possible.
Will there be someone to talk to if I have any concerns?
Our management team will keep in regular contact with you to check that you are happy with your care, and if you should have any concerns at any time, then we will come and see you straight away.
Can the Care Assistants enjoy my hobbies with me?
Absolutely! our Care Assistants want to help you to continue to live your life as you wish. We love finding out about your hobbies and accompanying you to enjoy them.
