Last week we celebrated Becky and Chelsea completing their probation periods. Both Becky and Chelsea are truly AMAZING at what they do, and we are always so impressed by their commitment to provide the very best care to their customers.

The probation period is so important in making sure that our care assistants have as much support and training as possible when they start with us. Within the three months of the probation period, our care assistants have additional supervision, one to one meetings, and lots of support to guide them within their role. This supportive approach continues throughout their career with Bluebird Care. Our person-centred approach isn't just towards our customers, but to the whole Bluebird Care team.
