I started using Bluebird in 2014 for my mother with a rare type of dementia. In the 1st year there were some not so good carers, but when Siham became the manager, the carers were all 1st class. The care and understanding and compassion were 2nd to none. We used them for over 5 years and they became much more than carers. They are a great bunch of people and hope will be rewarded through Bluebird. I have recommended Bluebird to quite a few people over the years.
My mother has Alzheimers dementia and has been bed bound for 2 and a half years. Her wish was to stay at home. With myself retiring at 60yo of age and the wonderful support of Bluebird my Mum has her wish. The staff are so kind and thoughtful, the manager is so approachable and hardworking, we couldn't ask for more. My Mum has gone through several changes and all her needs have been met. As a loving family we can't thank the Bluebird team enough.
