Anoop, I just wanted to let you know that you have an exceptional team in place, J goes above and beyond of what is required of her for my father. She is very kind and interacts well with my father. And S and L went to visit my father while he was in hospital off their own back. That was just incredible.

I want to say a huge "Thank you" for all the help and support Bluebird gave to Dad following his fall on Friday.  To A for taking care of him initially, and to S especially for all the support she gave me over the weekend. S and I were in constant contact with each other and the hospital which helped me hugely. And then she made sure she was there when Dad eventually arrived home on Sunday evening. She was a star!

Dear R and all at Bluebird care,

I know my sister has spoken to you but I would also like to thank all the staff who helped mum these last 3 years. They helped her to stay in her own home where she felt safe which was so important to her. Especially, praise must go to dear R, E and A who were so gentle and understanding with her.

Special mention must be made Denise,  Maria Vittoria and Comfort. Denise was Pete's first carer and his fondness for her,  right to the end, was evident.
