As you may know my mother had a stroke 3 months ago and is now in a nursing home.
 
I just wanted to drop you a few lines to thank you and all your carers for all the support you have given me and my mother over the last years.

Due to your help, we were able to give my mother her independence in her own home for as long as possible.

Now that things are returning to (a new) normal for us, we would just like to express our thanks for the excellent service we received from Bluebird Care over the last few months.

We were very impressed with the quality of care we received from all the members of the Bluebird team at what was a very difficult time for all of us. This made mum and dad's last few months so much easier and enabled them to stay at home for as long as possible. It was also comforting to us to know that they were in safe hands, and we appreciated the friendly, hands-on approach of the carers which kept us up to date with what was happening. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the team for this, both the carers and the office staff.
 
We would like to make special mention of the lovely Kezia; both mum and dad adored her and we all felt she was like one of the family. Her cheerfulness, efficiency and professionalism were outstanding. She took enormous care in preparing meals which would revive their appetites and was highly skilled in getting two quite strong-willed people to do what was best for them! In what was an upsetting and chaotic atmosphere, she remained a beacon of calm.
 
She is a real asset to your organisation and an incredibly talented practitioner. I would not hesitate to recommend her unreservedly. Please pass on our thanks to her for making mum and dad's last few weeks so much more pleasant and wish her well in whatever she chooses to do in the future.

The Carers provided Dad with brilliant care as well as humour and this made his difficult situation more bearable.

A line to thank you for your card following my loss of G; I am so grateful for the kindness and care that we received from the members of staff of your company.

We came to look upon our 'regulars' Donna and Margaret as personal friends and found the other members of staff who came to us in the course of duty to be people we were very happy to have visit our home.

You all contributed to make G's unexpectedly few last months so much easier and enabled her to be able to make the best of them.
