Bluebird Care provides an invaluable service. My mother (who has dementia and Alzheimer's but is still sparky at nearly age 88) has carers three times a day. They are very professional and, above all, kind. We couldn't cope without the dedication they show. We have a supervisor who handles any changes to the care package (time adjustments, new tasks to put on the daily list) and this helps to make things efficient. I would also highly recommend asking Bluebird Care to sign you up for the app I have on my mobile phone, which shows how each carer visit went. Carers make notes every time they come, and this helps me to keep track of how my mum is doing.

I just wanted to drop a note to thank you all for your brilliant support with my Mum on the 21st. She was extremely confused and upset. Your office helped to confirm the carer was still there, as my Mum lead me to believe she was not. I spoke to E and she was brilliant, so caring and went above and beyond what was expected of her to calm and reassure my Mum, even to the point of staying on for continuity in place of the afternoon carer so make sure Mum was not disturbed more. The fact that E  is going to be there the following day is so reassuring for me. Once again thank you all so much for the way this was dealt with, and especially E for her caring attitude. Thanks.
