Sharon Wilkinson

Head of Care and Quality

Sharon is our Head of Operations Care and Registered Manager. Sharon is an experienced Manager with over 22 years experience working in the Health Care Sector. Sharon is responsible for quality and care is group lead for training and recruitment teams.  

Danielle King

Deputy Manager

Danielle is our Deputy Manager in Exeter. Danielle joined Bluebird Care in October 2017 as a Care Assistant; then from December 2018 she was the Lead Care Assistant, helping to set up the Crediton round. 

In May 2019, Danielle accepted the post of Coordinator for Exeter, she took on the post of Deputy Manager in 2021 and is undergoing her Level 5 training through T2.

Imogen Cornelius


Imogen is our Coordinator in exeter. Imogen joined Bluebird care 15 months ago as a Care Assistant; she loved this role as well as working on 'double handed', and really enjoyed helping and supporting new team members. Imogen is now working as a Supervisor at our Exeter Hub; she loves the fact that she can make a positive difference to the lives of both staff and customers. 

Louise Franklin

Supervisor (currently on maternity leave)

Louise is a Supervisor at our Exeter Bluebird Care Hub.

Jacqueline Fyall

Head of Business Development

Jackie is an experienced Manager joining us after 12 years with the NHS.  She is responsible for the legal and ethical running of the business ensuring that both our staff and customers alike are happy and having their needs met.

William Flint

Franchise Owner

William is a former NHS and Social Care Manager. He has extensive experience of managing and delivering high quality health services to the public. Locally he was responsible for the joint delivery of Health and Social Care services for Adults in Exeter, Sidmouth, Seaton and Axminster. William has achieved a Masters Degree in Health Care Management (University of Birmingham) gained whilst on the highly competitive NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme.

William is driven by a desire to provide responsive high quality care services, he is particularly keen to provide individualised services that enrich the lives of those receiving them. When not working William can be found surfing his "Mini Mal" at Polzeath and Bantham, or walking the Moors with his wife Sara and their dog, 'Poppy'.
