Check out our NEW Supervisor Team

New Year and an exciting fresh start.

If you haven’t already heard, we’ve had a change in our office team with a team of not 1, not 2 but 3 new Care Supervisors.

We’re thrilled to have 3 experts as part of our supervisor team, and we can’t wait to see them blossom. Their role is to mentor and support our team, whilst also conducting assessments and ensure that our customers receive only the very best care.

So, let’s look at our new team:

Ashley Duncan | Trevor Kean | Ashlie Creelie

Trevor Kean, Care Supervisor - He started his home care journey 13 years ago in Newcastle, after his first 12-hour shift, he was blown away with his feelings towards the profession. He excelled at his career, quickly gaining a senior role after 6 weeks. He has worked in several different settings, including the English regulatory body; CQC. He is now working towards excelling his career even further with his SVQ 4 and 5.

In his spare time, he's with his 11-year-old Jack Russell Terrier, Jazz, who is his little baby. He's a big foodie and you'll find him tucking into anything like steak, wings, or BBQ food. You'll also find him having a pint whilst watching football.

Ashley Duncan, Field Care Supervisor - Ashley has been in the care sector for 12 years. She started her journey as her middle daughter was premature and required a colostomy bag along with an NG tube for feeding and lots of extra support. Ashley was given training by the hospital so that she understood how to care for her daughter and her additional needs, she enjoyed this aspect, finding it extremely rewarding.

She decided to join the care sector and began working in a nursing home as a Care Assistant whilst she did her SVQ 2 in 2015. With a wealth of experience, knowledge, and qualifications under her belt she is now working towards her SVQ 4.

In her spare time, she dedicates herself to looking after her 3-year-old cob (horse) and you'll often find her there every morning and evening. When she's not there, she's finding different activities to keep her kids entertained over the weekend.

Ashlie Creelie, Field Care Supervisor - Ashlie joined the sector as a Care Assistant at the start of Covid and is now our Field Care Supervisor, mentoring and supporting the rest of our team. Prior to this she was a greenkeeper since leaving school, so the home care sector was a new challenge for Ashlie, and she's never looked back. She is currently working towards her SVQ4.

In her spare time, you'll find her doing family activities with her wee boy, Cody who is Autistic with Alopecia. He's given her the perfect training for joining the sector.

A big, huge welcome to Team Blue!
