Our Employee of the Month for November 2020 is Lindsey Clark, our very own People and Engagement Development Officer who have worked readily to train up new staff, mentoring new staff and supporting our team of carers.
Well done for this high recognition, you are an asset to the Edinburgh and Glasgow South team. Lindsey’s work ethic is matched with a positive outlook, and is often going over and beyond in her role, making her a very popular member of staff. Lindsey shows exemplary dedication to the Bluebird team - thank you!
I would like to nominate Lindsey Clark. Lindsey has went over and above to help everyone and always with a smile. Happy cheery and a great support to old and new carers as well as office staff and customers. Lindsey certainly makes your day brighter.
I think Lindsey Clark should get EOM, as she has went through to Glasgow for training during lockdown and she is going out after hours to mentor the new starts after their training!
