Bluebird Care Edinburgh receive excellent scores in their latest Care Inspectorate report

Following our most recent inspection in August, we have just received our latest Care Inspectorate report.

Following our most recent inspection in August, we have just received our latest Care Inspectorate report.
 
The Care Inspectorate are the regulators of health and social care services in Scotland who monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they are meeting fundamental standards of quality and safety.
 
Our recent inspection was unannounced and took place on 16th August 2017.
 
We are pleased to say that we have been awarded grades 5 ‘Very Good’ in quality of care and support and quality of management and leadership.
 
Detailed in the report were some great comments from customers that spoke to the inspector, which included;
 
The communication between ourselves and Bluebird is excellent 
There has never been a single mistake so far
Everything is working extremely well.
