The Care Inspectorate are the regulators of health and social care services in Scotland who monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they are meeting fundamental standards of quality and safety.

Our recent inspection was unannounced and took place on 16th August 2017.

We are pleased to say that we have been awarded grades 5 ‘Very Good’ in quality of care and support and quality of management and leadership.

Detailed in the report were some great comments from customers that spoke to the inspector, which included;

Everything is working extremely well.
Director of Bluebird Care Edinburgh, John Perry, commented:

We are thrilled with our latest results from the Care Inspectorate, only 10 months on from our previous inspection. I am extremely proud of the high standards of care our team provides to our customers each and every day. Thank you to everyone in our team for their passion, professionalism, loyalty and commitment to delivering the very best in homecare and support across Edinburgh.
