Bluebird Care Edinburgh receive top grades for their latest Care Inspectorate report

We are delighted to announce that at Bluebird Care Edinburgh we have received our latest Care Inspectorate report following our inspection in October 2016.

We are delighted to announce that at Bluebird Care Edinburgh we have received our latest Care Inspectorate report following our inspection in October 2016.

The Care Inspectorate are the regulator of health and social care services in Scotland who monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they are meeting fundamental standards of quality and safety.

Our recent inspection was completed on 13th October 2016 and we are pleased to say that we have been awarded grades 5 ‘Very Good’ in quality of care and support and the top grade of 6, ‘Excellent’ for quality of staffing.

Detailed in the report were comments from customers that spoke to the inspector, which included;
 
Staff are really wonderful, friendly, caring and very efficient. My (relative) looks forward to their visits and gets a lot of pleasure from them."
The staff listen. I would recommend this service I'm very happy with the care I receive."
Bluebird have been excellent I'm really pleased."
