More walking this week in the Take on 12 for Alzheimer's Disease. A long walk around Kinver Edge with the family in generally dry weather this week. Just over 3 hours and a surprising equivalent of 57 floors climbed in completing the walk. The views from kinver Edge however always make it worth while.
