Step 1
If, after our initial discussion with you, you would like to continue your journey with Bluebird, we would arrange a visit to your home by a qualified member of our fantastic team. During this visit, we will discuss your key interests, your likes and dislikes, and learn about how you would like to live your life with the assistance of our live in care assistants. We understand that everyone is different, which is why it is very important that we get to know each and every one of our customers and their unique needs.
Step 2
We create a Live-In Care plan that is unique to our customer after we understand their key needs. Our live-in care assistants will complete the tasks and adhere to the risk assessment guidelines agreed in your plan.
Step 3
The next stage would include introducing our wonderful Live In care assistants, who have been chosen based on our customers' personalities and preferences. Because of shared interests, hobbies, and likes, a bond can be formed between the carer and the customer.
Step 4
Once the main Live in Care assistant for your package has been agreed and confirmed, your Live in Care package is ready to start!
Final Step!
Ongoing supervision will be conducted by the local office manager and/or supervisors through regular visits to the customer's property. This ensures our customers are completely satisfied with the service and our care staff are giving the best quality care. Customers' needs can change regularly, which is why we are always reviewing the needs of our customers to ensure they are getting the maximum benefit from their personalised live in care plan.
