What is Home care?
Our home care services give you and your family the peace of mind needed to keep you in your home. Home care provides extra support for people who wish to stay at home, with the added assistance of our wonderful care assistants. Domiciliary care services can involve a helping hand with household chores, personal care, or just a cup of tea and a chat. We’re able to take you to doctor's appointments, to the shops, to meet up with your friends and family, and to support you to live an independent life. Our home care services are specially tailored to support your individual needs. Home care allows you to stay in the comfort of your home instead of going into a residential care home, which could be what you want for yourself or a loved one.
How could home care help me?
Home care can help everyone in so many different ways! Here are just a few of them:
- Getting you started for your day: getting washed, dressed, and having a delicious breakfast.
- Medicine reminders as well as collecting and returning medication from the pharmacy or GP surgery.
