Bluebird is great especially at communicating with me.
The Docklands branch provided me with short term service for when I came out of surgery. The ladies from the office were lovely and the carers were verycaring, listened to what I had to say and were professional. I will definitely be using them again when I have my next surgery.

My husband and I used Bluebird Care Docklands, Stratford and Wapping to care for my father in law who was towards the end of his life with terminal cancer. The management team and carers went above and beyond to ensure my father in law had the best care he possibly could. Communication was excellent if there were any changes taking place. It was a good weight off my shoulders just knowing they were there for additional support.
I enjoy the service I receive from my carers, they support me with day to day tasks. My main carer comes to visit me even when I have been admitted into hospital. I am very happy and lucky to have this type of support that I need.
