Delivering the highest quality of homecare and support is Anoop’s absolute goal and the team would be delighted to hear from anyone who is seeking homecare for themselves or for a loved one, or would simply like to talk to someone about the services we provide.
Anoop holds a BSc in Business Information Technology. She had worked with the Youth Service for the London Borough of Tower Hamlets for 6 years as a HR manager.
Her background in working with young people, including those with significant care needs, has inspired her to work with people with a wide range of care needs, and ages. She is committed to ensuring that she provides a high quality service to the individuals she works with and that the exacting standards of Bluebird Care, UKHCA and CQC are satisfied in full.
I joined Bluebird Care Greenwich & Docklands, Stratford and Wapping in February 2018, however I have worked alongside Bluebird Care Greenwich since 2013 in various other roles. Working with Bluebird Care I have found it very rewarding compared to my corporate background from previous jobs.
In the care industry, no two days are the same. We have the best teams in our offices, with difference personalities and abilities with the core value of putting our staff and customers first. Working with Bluebird Care, isn’t working with colleagues but family.
I have been working for Bluebird Care since 2012. I started as a carer then went to work as a live in carer for few years, my experience grew as the years went by and I really enjoyed looking after people who needed my help and support, I would have never thought I would have done a living care for more than four years and lived with people I didn’t even know but as Bluebird gave me this opportunity to show that everything is possible when your passion in helping others.
Now I am a Care Coordinator. I love this role as it gives me the opportunity to develop myself in many areas such understand the needs of each individual, make sure everyone is treated equally, ensure that the customers are getting the best care possible from our carers as when the customers are happy we are happy.
I would be forever grateful for the opportunity that Bluebird has given me.
Senior Care Assistant
Hi my name is Cornelia, I have been working in the care industry for fifteen years. I have an extensive amount of experience in care. What I love the most about my job is the people. The carers whom I mentor and the people we provide care for. I am extremely passionate about what I do and give every part of my job 100%.
“I have been working as a care assistant for about 8 years. Since starting with BlueBird care I have now become the supervisor, and this has opened so many new exciting doors towards my new chapter in life.
Bluebird are a very supporting team and I learning new things on a daily basis. I am very lucky to have joined my team!
I'm currently starting my level 3 and then I'm going in to level 5, this is an amazing opportunity for me and I'm very thankful.“
Claudia started working for Bluebird Care recently, having been put in a difficult position due to the global pandemic. Having worked with special needs children whilst at college and having a severely mentally disabled uncle, working in care was always something she was interested in.
With a strong background in performance, and having worked in customer service, Claudia has honed her skills to become our Care Coordinator in the office, while still providing care for some of our customers.
She is committed to providing excellent care and continuing her work in the office, while learning more about Bluebird and everything we stand for as a company.
