Details to follow...
Hi there, my name is Pam. I have been working for Bluebird Care since March 2013. The reason why I joined Bluebird Care is because they have a continuous drive to deliver excellent quality services to their customers. Working in care for a number of years, I wanted to work with an organisation that felt just as passionate as I do about vulnerable people.
I have vast experience in care having been a Care Assistant, Care Supervisor, Care Coordinator and now Care Manager. I have high standards, and promote a high standard of quality and care within my office staff and carers. I have Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care in children, young people and adults.
I am a people’s person and have worked with people most of my life and am constantly striving to support our staff and customers alike. I have a diverse range of skills ranging from intensive support – re-enablement to help support individuals back to independence. If there is anything you need to discuss please do not hesitate to contact me.
Senior Care Assistant
Hi my name is Cornelia, I have been working in the care industry for fifteen years. I have an extensive amount of experience in care. What I love the most about my job is the people. The carers whom I mentor and the people we provide care for. I am extremely passionate about what I do and give every part of my job 100%.
Hi, my name is Martha Sarpong. I joined Bluebird Care over 2 years ago as a carer, but was later promoted to a supervisory role. Since then I have been working with very nice team both in and out of the office. Most of the time I am out doing quality checks and observations which has given me the opportunity to build a good bond with our customers and staff as well as to ensure quality is never compromised in the services we offer.
I have been working for Bluebird Care since 2012. I started as a carer then went to work as a live in carer for few years, my experience grew as the years went by and I really enjoyed looking after people who needed my help and support, I would have never thought I would have done a living care for more than four years and lived with people I didn’t even know but as Bluebird gave me this opportunity to show that everything is possible when your passion in helping others.
Now I am a Care Coordinator. I love this role as it gives me the opportunity to develop myself in many areas such understand the needs of each individual, make sure everyone is treated equally, ensure that the customers are getting the best care possible from our carers as when the customers are happy we are happy.
I would be forever grateful for the opportunity that Bluebird has given me.
