As a Rehabilitation Case manager, I frequently find it challenging to source a good care agency that are able to meet both my requirements as well as the clients. Bluebird Care met all the requirements. A four-week package of care/support was provided to a challenging and complex client of mine. I found communication, across the board, from the first point of instruction to be excellent. And access to digital client notes proved invaluable. Both management and the care team were flexible and amenable to changes in their working hours and approaches due to the challenges this client presented. Bluebird Care Docklands, Stratford & Wapping have proved to be a reliable and efficient care provider that is client-centered as well as being able to work in a joined-up approach with the key professionals in this case which was essential for this client's wellbeing.
