Bluebird Care Coleraine are taking part in Alzheimer’s Society Memory Walk 2016

On Sunday 18th September a team from Bluebird Care Coleraine will be taking part in their local Memory Walk for Alzheimer’s Society.

The Alzheimer’s Society Memory Walk hopes to create a world without dementia, people of all ages can participate raising money all across the UK for this vital cause.
