We are proud to share our exemplary levels of compliance with the RQIA since 2014.
The RQIA is the independent body responsible for monitoring and inspecting the quality and availability of health and social care services in Northern Ireland, it is also responsible for encouraging improvements within these services.
Every year we receive an unannounced inspection from the RQIA. For the last 4 years we have been fully compliant with the RQIA’s standards and have received ‘no recommendations’ following our inspections.
The whole team at Bluebird Care Coleraine work hard to ensure we deliver a high quality, professional, and compassionate service that ensures our Customers are the focus of everything we do.
To be awarded full compliance from the RQIA for four years in a row is great recognition for the hard work and commitment from our team, and we are very proud of our achievement.
