Bluebird Care Coleraine attend Health & Wellbeing Fair

On Tuesday 16th May we attended a Health & Well-being Fair in The Lodge Hotel, Coleraine which was hosted by the Alzheimer’s Society.

On Tuesday 16^th May we attended a Health & Well-being Fair in The Lodge Hotel, Coleraine which was hosted by the Alzheimer’s Society.

Although the event was hosted by the Alzheimer’s Society and it coincided with Dementia Awareness Week (14^th to 20^th May), the fair was open to anyone to attend, not just those who are affected by Dementia.  

The main aim of the event was to bring local charities and organisations together to offer advice and support to people to enable them to live well.

The fair was very well supported, and along with us, other exhibitors included: Causeway Volunteer Centre; Radius Housing; Parkinson’s UK; Causeway Older Active Strategic Team (COAST); Boots Pharmacy; Action on Hearing Loss; Libraries NI; University of the Third Age (U3A); Be Heard Mental Health; True Call; The Community Navigator for Older People; and, other independent organisations.
