Regular Reviews

All of our customers’ care plans are reviewed on a regular basis, and adapted accordingly. In the first few months of a care plan, we closely monitor the relationship between care assistant and customer; we realise that not all characters can gel as well as we would predict, and strive to find the right complement for each customer. We also encourage customer feedback, and actively encourage customers to let us know if the standards of care they expect are not being achieved so that we can resolve them with immediate effect.

Quality Assurance

We will always make sure that all of our Live-in Care Assistants are capable of doing the work required. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to delivering quality care, making sure you are actively involved in all aspects of creating your care plan.

Our commitment to quality assurance is at the core of our care service. In the beginning, our supervisors check that the correct moving and handling procedures are adhered to and that every single live-in care assistant is both capable and competent at performing their daily tasks as required. In some instances, shadowing can be beneficial for perfecting practical techniques. We will always send our trainers out to show new staff members the correct application of procedures if required, so you can rest assured that all your needs will be met with the utmost professionalism.

Accredited Care Staff

Every Live-in Care Assistant at Bluebird Care Worthing has taken part in our accredited training programme, ensuring that high standards are maintained and retained from the outset. We can provide a full customer care and risk assessment within 24 hours. We will create an individual customer care and support plan, which will be reviewed and updated on a regular basis.

Each live-in care-plan is created with the upmost discretion and dignity, providing a combination of daily support and nightly reassurance for the customer. The focus is firmly on each Live-In Care Assistant aiding when required, and being unobtrusive when their presence is not needed.
