It’s with a huge amount of sadness I’m having to send this email but my Nan passed away yesterday morning. I wanted to let you guys know as I know how much she loved her Bluebird girls coming to see her.
 
I also want to thank you guys for everything you did for her and me, reassuring us both that she was safe and happy with some nice company. Always willing to sit and listen to us both (as at times I’d be the one who needed a chat) so thank you sooo much for helping and being such nice people when she really needed it. I will never forget the love the girls gave to my very special little lady.
