Annual Carer of the Year 2023 is Steve Wills as voted for my customers and colleagues!

A huge congratulations to our outstanding Carer of the Year Steve Wills. Steve has worked for Bluebird Care Cardiff South and The Vale for over 6 years. He is calm, professional and caring. Steve's customers described his "As an aboslute gem" and another customer said "He is always so calm and patient and very understanding". Some of his colleagues said "This is a long time coming" and "Steve really helped me when I was new to the company". We feel extremely lucky to have Steve working on our team with some of our most vulnerable in the community.
