Every Thursday and Friday we run "Forget Me Not" hub in Cowbridge, The Vale of Glamorgan. It is free of charge for everyone and you will enjoy tea, coffee, cake and a chat.

Each and every Thursday and Friday 2-4pm we open the "Forget me Not" hub for people with dementia and other health challenges. This service is completely free and everyone is welcome. Whether it is just to come along and have a cuppa and a chat or join in our silk flower arranging and chair dancing to ABBA. We have a little something for everyone. We also recently introduced our precious petzzz Freddie and Winnie to help with anxiety around dementia. Our trained and very experienced staff will be there to help and guide you through two hours of enjoyment.
