Our Director, Lynne Churchill brought back an award to Wales for her dedication to the Bluebird Care brand. Lynne was recognised for working with and in all areas of the business to truly understrand each area and how each section plays a vital role in the delivery of care. Proud to be a Bluebird, Lynne works with other Franchise owners and the National Support Team to ensure that Best Practise is being delivered throughout the business in care, compliance, quality, finance, marketing and well being. She is dedicated to leading her team so they understand the importance of delivering all of the above to the best of their ability.
