Hello there - Thank you. I would like to nominate Brooke for a reward and recognition if it’s possible. Brooke always goes over and beyond her duties. She has been a god send to both Dad and I during these difficult times. She has on many occasions pointed out when Dad has had rashes on his skin, that she has spotted after giving Dad his shower, that I haven’t spotted myself. Dad is almost 99 years old and every visit Brooke helps to put a smile on his face, and mine too. When the snow was on the ground, she helped me to put the waste out so I didn’t have to go out in the slippery conditions. She even put a letter through the letterbox next door which had been delivered here by mistake. I just know that underneath her mask which she always wears is a lovely smile. Brooke is a lovely natured young lady, and an excellent carer. I would recommend Brooke and therefore Bluebird Care to anyone that needed a care service. I absolutely put my trust in Brooke and Bluebird Care. I hope that she can be rewarded a cash bonus for all her extra efforts. Thank you Brooke and Bluebird Care.
I would like to add to that. Brooke came to give Dad his shower this morning (Friday 26/2) Dad had a fall earlier on and he didn’t mention that he had bumped his head. When Brooke was giving his hair a wash, she noticed that he had a small bump and bruise on his head. She alerted me straight away of this so I could take action to ensure he was ok, and to keep an eye on him in case he felt sick, or got a very bad headache. Thankfully he has been fine since, but I’m keeping a vigil to make sure he stays well. Another reason why Brooke deserves a big thank you, and hopefully a reward. She may well have averted a disaster for Dad and I today. I cannot thank her enough.
Mum and I are so happy with the support package that has been put in place recently. Mum uses this service as companionship to build up her confidence and to see other people instead of just me and my family. This is a great add on to Mum's week and she really looks forward to the girls coming and I
can go to work less stressed during these strange times knowing Mum is in good hands and having some fun. I love to hear all about what they have been up to! Thank you to each and every one of you, in a short space of time you have made a huge difference to Mum's week and in turn ours also.

Extremely efficient, friendly and professional. Fully comply with PPE regs and always treat the client with the utmost dignity. Always make me aware, as her partner and sole carer, of any problems, for example, skin rashes or potential UTI infections. Well recommended.

Bluebird has provided daily care for my Aunt since the Autumn of 2019, with which as a family we are 100% satisfied. Especially given the difficulties created by the on-going health crisis. Without this support my Aunt would be unable to continue living in her own home; something which she is determined to do.

Efficient service, caring and professional. Good communication with client and family when needed. I feel confident that my father is cared for and treated well and with respect at all times which in turn helps me too. My father speaks highly of all of the carers and although he is still independent
in that he can do most things for himself, it is the fact of knowing there are carers helping him maintain his independence whilst also providing a good level of care that makes my father and I feel grateful for the service.

The service was tailored to my mum's requirements and has been actively reviewed and modified. I understand that additional service offerings are available and can be introduced. Staff are trained, have PPE and are friendly and trustworthy. Supervisory/management team are approachable and helpful. It
has been important for me to talk to experienced professionals. They have listened and understand the challenges. I regularly use the mobile app to read carer notes and tune into my mum's needs. I look forward to continued help and support.
