Delighted with the standard of care, support and managerial back up provided. The use of the app also allows me to see my mother's care at a distance which helps give me peace of mind about the care provided. I have found the staff to be very caring and while my mother can be difficult at times with her dementia they deal with her mood swings in a very professional manner. My elderly and infirm parents were supported by Bluebird Care twice a day for 6 months from March to September 2019 when they moved from Wales to live in the North East. The standard of care and support they received from Bluebird Care was second to none. All of the carers were friendly and attentive and took the time to get to know my mum and dad and supported them physically and emotionally through a difficult time. They always left detailed notes about their visits and they were vigilant about any difficulties that they encountered.  The agency ensured that, whenever possible, the same carers undertook the visits so that there was consistency. They were quick to respond to emails and to phone calls and were flexible and approachable, fulfilling all of my requests even with very little notice. I have no reservations in recommending Bluebird Care due to their excellent communication and organisational skills.
