Bluebird Care’s Franchise Support Centre has been shortlisted as a finalist in four categories at this year’s prestigious Home Care Awards.

The categories they have been selected as finalists in include: Team Support Expertise, Response to the Coronavirus Pandemic, Marketing Expertise and Best Franchise Network.

The Home Care Awards are the benchmark for business and service excellence in the UK home care sector. They praise care providers that are making a difference by looking to raise industry standards. This year, the Home Care Awards will focus on recognising home care providers that have stood out with their innovation, response to Covid-19, the excellence of their provision and business performance. An online streamed awards presentation will take place at lunchtime on 23 April, 2021.

Bluebird Care has been shortlisted in the Team Support Expertise category for their Franchise Support Centre’s vast experience in franchising, marketing, and care provision. The home care provider’s business model has been adapted so that this expertise trickles down to the franchises, and results in a network of successful businesses. Communication is at the heart of the company and Bluebird Care continues to innovate and implement new measures and game-changing initiatives, such as the live chat feature seen on all microsites and the national website.

The prioritisation of communication at Bluebird Care has been key in their navigation of the Covid-19 pandemic, and as a result they have also been shortlisted for their Response to Covid-19. By making it a priority to support their franchises every step of the way, Bluebird Care helped to secure the safety of staff and customers from the Covid-19 virus.

Bluebird Care was also selected as a finalist for their Marketing Expertise, thanks to the launch of Bluebird Care’s new National Marketing Plan in 2020. The plan contains local, franchisee-level customisation options, closely monitored objectives and metrics to offer clarity. Additionally, Bluebird Care has also appointed dedicated regional-based marketing support experts to support the network of franchises on a more local level.

Finally, Bluebird Care’s continued support for their franchises has seen them shortlisted for the Best Franchise Network. Bluebird Care has a dedicated team of experts including an onboarding manager who has vast experience in onboarding franchise owners. Bluebird Care also ensures their large network of franchises can work alongside each other when required. They host regional meetings with 8-10 franchises, so they can form relationships and be on hand to help each other.

A number of Bluebird Care franchises have also been nominated for Home Care Awards in various categories. This includes, Bluebird Care Birmingham East and North, Bluebird Care Camden & Hampstead, Bluebird Care Greenwich, Bluebird Care Leeds North, Bluebird Care Mid and West Cornwall, Bluebird Care North Hampshire & West Berkshire and Bluebird Care Tonbridge & Tunbridge Wells, Maidstone and Gravesham & Dartford.

Bluebird Care are incredibly proud to say we have been shortlisted as finalists in four categories at the 2021 Home Care Awards. This success is a tribute to the incredible work of everyone at Bluebird Care over the past year, particularly in such difficult circumstances. Bluebird Care have continued to innovate and provide the highest quality care to our customers, while ensuring we have offered support to our offices and team members as and when they have needed it. At the Bluebird Care Franchise Support Centre, we will continue to support our network of offices through the easing of lockdown and the return to normality. Our focus will be using our expertise and innovation, as we continue to excel in our provision of top quality, personalised home care.
