Australian Wildfire Emergency Relief

Bluebird Care are showing their support for those affected by the Australian Wildfires, including our Australian colleagues and their communities at Just Better Care.

We have all seen the devastating impact of the wildfires in Australia across the news and on social media, and everyone’s thoughts at Bluebird Care are with those who have been affected.

Although the fires are taking place across the other side of the world, Bluebird Care is part of the Caring Brands International family; a global brand of health care providers that covers the UK, USA and Australia.

Caring Brands International have stepped up to support our colleagues and their customers at Just Better Care in Australia who have experienced the devastating effects of this devastating situation firsthand. They are engaging the entire Caring Brands International Family, including Just Better Care, Interim HealthCare and us at Bluebird Care to provide immediate relief to those in need.

Caring Brands International have partnered with Direct Relief, a nonprofit humanitarian aid organization that responds to natural disasters and other emergency situations by rushing critical medicines and requested supplies to those affected. Typically, the most requested items are those that prevent health risks aggravated by the environment, such as N95 masks, which reduce exposure to particles and debris in the air. Direct Relief has committed up to one million masks to this response and has provided other requested items like emergency medical packs for mobile medical teams. With 100% of the donations going to the “Australian Wildfire Emergency Relief” efforts, you can be confident that your resources will reach those who need it most.
