One of our care assistants, Hayley Allen goes above and beyond in supporting one of her customers.
 
Hayley has just received her New Look voucher, along with a card and some flowers for the dedication she has shown to her role.
 
One of her customers, Mrs MP recently commented on how impressed she has been with Hayley, who always goes above and beyond her role to support her customers. Mrs MP also mentioned how grateful her and her family are to receive care for Bluebird Care Essex West.
 
Office Manager of Bluebird Care Essex West, Tracy Poulson commented:
 
In Hayley’s own words, she was very ‘emosh’ she said whilst reading her card and was very surprised and pleased to see everyone’s comments included within the card. Hayley really was so happy and it was lovely to see her smile, whilst walking in the training room to find a gift from us all”.
