At Bluebird Care Mid Essex we are passionate about raising awareness for local charities. 

Our goal is to improve the wellbeing and quality of life

Over the years we have participated in a number of events including; The London Marathon, The Memory Walk, The Farleigh Hospice Walk, A bungee Jump for Cancer Research and we also ran cake sales and other fund raising activities.

Our Champions - At Bluebird Care Mid Essex as a home care provider, we feel it is our role to help raise awareness about certain topics relating to home care services. One way we raise awareness is through our champion scheme, where members of staff champion something that they feel passionate about.

Natasha Schneider

As well as being our registered manager, Natasha Scheider is also our "dignity champion". Dignity is something that Natasha has always been passionate about, and as dignity champion Natasha promotes dignity at each and every stage of care. Her status as dignity champion is evident in the office through her certificate, and also spoke about in staff meetings to help to raise awareness. 

Angela Golshan

Angela is both our office manager and Dementia Friend / Champion since joining Bluebird Care last year Angela has grown a passion in helping improve the quality of life of customers diagnosed with dementia. Through becoming a Dementia Friend, completing an NFCE in Dementia care and also going on the ' Dementia Bus' Angela is equipped with knowledge on how to best support someone diagnosed with dementia, and regularly shares top tips with the care team of Bluebird Care Mid Essex.


Lucy McCormack

Bluebird Care Care Workers Charity Champion Lucy McCormack

Lucy McCormack is Care Workers Charity Champion (CWC). Being a care worker is a very rewarding job role, however at times it can be very challenging. To assist in easing some of the emotional and financial pressures of being a Care Assistant, Lucy is a CWC champion and explains to care staff how they can be assisted with financial and emotional dilemmas.

Victoria has attended specialist training in dealing with mental health well-being. As finance manager, Victoria often speaks with our staff if they have financial worries. As Mental Health Champion, Victoria looks for any signs of poor mental health and deploys management techniques if required.
