Kevin and Tracey McCormack

Bluebird Care Mid Essex, is owned and run by Kevin and Tracey McCormack who bring a wealth of professional care and service experience along with management and organisational expertise to your local area.

Prior to setting up their network of Bluebird Care offices in East London and Essex, Tracey had fifteen years of experience in childcare services along with five years in adult health and social care. Kevin has 30 years of extensive business management experience having been a Director and Managing Director of several large media businesses.

Our vision is to be the very best local providor of quality care whatever the needs or requirements may be. To be able to support any individual or group regardless of circumstances through professionalism and specialist application when needed.

We aim to give our local community the opportunity to enjoy the highest quality of life and independence through the provision of professional care.

Natasha Schneider

Registered Manager

Hi there, my name is Natasha and I am the Registered Manager of Bluebird Care Mid Essex.  I have worked within the care sector since I was 16 years old and have had the pleasure in managing children’s services, learning disability short breaks and two and a half years ago returned to manage Mid Essex adult care provision.  My passion is ensuring that every individual receives exceptional care, and that every day a little touch of magic is sprinkled to all those involved at Bluebird Care Mid Essex, staff, customers and their families.

Julia Mills

Manager

Hello, I’m Julia and I’ve had the pleasure of being part of the team at Bluebird Care Mid-Essex since 2019.

Having spent the early part of my career in HR and recruitment in hospitality and then the NHS, I am passionate about making a difference in the quality of peoples lives.

I am so very proud and privileged to lead a team of fantastic carers and support staff and the outstanding care each and everyone of them provide to our customers. 

Victoria Cleaver

Finance and Accounts Manager

I have been at Bluebird Care since 2014 and I am fortunate to love my job and be a part of an ‘outstanding’ team. My role is more than a “traditional finance” role, which makes it very rewarding role – I get the opportunity to meet customers and employees and it’s amazing feeling knowing that as a team we have made a positive difference to someone’s life and been there to support them – may that be our customers, their families or a Bluebird Care employee

Debra Goaté

Training Manager

I joined Bluebird Care in February 2021 as Training Manager.  I have been busy updating and adding to the training with input from branch staff across the group.  I have been made to feel very welcome and everyone supports each other.  I have been taking the induction training and have enjoyed meeting new carers.  I am always interested in new and exciting ideas for training. I am also a Mental Health First Aider.  Always happy to talk and listen.

 

Angela Golshan

Office Manager

Hi my name is Angela I have worked for Bluebird Care since April 2018 and have worked in the care sector since 2006 and haven’t looked back!

The light of my life are my 2 lovely children and 2 grandchildren, they light up my day when I see them.

I am very passionate about my job,  I have a real interest in Dementia, and have trained as a Champion in this area so I can share my experience with the team.

It is so nice to work with a lovely team at Bluebird Care, and I enjoyed career progression to Office Manager in 2019.  I love my job and I am learning new things all the time and enjoy the challenge it brings.
