More positive feedback for our wonderful Bluebirds...

Thank you to the team who support our customer in Mawnan Smith – following a request for additional care, we have been able to begin providing support for 12 hours per day with a sleep in at night as well. We really appreciate the additional hours that the team have been taking on in order for us to provide this level of care!

Well done and thank you to Sharon Cowen and Sue Headland who supported our complex needs customer in St Dennis to see “Mary Poppins” at the Theatre Royale in Plymouth at the beginning of the month – a great time had by all!

Our complex needs customer in Marazion enjoyed a trip on the Camel Trail this month with support from Georgia Spencer-Smith and Alice Tresidder. Well done girls, not an easy journey but well worth it – sounds like you had lots of fun!

The District Nursing team and a Case Coordinator from Adult Care and Support, who work with one of our female customers in Troon, would like to thank the Camborne team for providing such excellent care, well done!

We also had a compliment from the family of one of our male customers in Truro who would like to thank the team for the wonderful care they provided prior to his move to a care home. Fantastic feedback everyone – keep up the great work!
