Here's some photos of our inductee's getting stuck into the 'Role Play' session during induction last week!

Our Recruitment and Development Coordinator, Dida Moore, has been dressing up and taking on the role of an elderly woman during the final induction day each month. This provides new Bluebird Care staff, particularly those with little to no previous experience in Care work, with an opportunity to try out their newly learnt skills in practice (and a chance to make some mistakes without serious repurcussion!!).

Please give a warm welcome to Donna Chrichton, Kathryn Chattaway, Emma Gilks, Susan Byrne, Elizabeth Courtenay and Julie Giles - we hope you settle into your new roles and enjoy the rewarding work of a Bluebird Carer!
