Another successful induction...

Please welcome our new Bluebird team members who have all completed their induction this month - Perdita Leese, Katie Price, Marina Milani, Tracey Stooke and Heidi Knight; we hope you settle into your new roles and enjoy the rewarding work of a Bluebird Carer!

Another lively and successful induction was held this month, on the 7th, 8th and 9th of February, where our new Bluebird Carers learnt about various aspects of delivering care during our fully interactive training; including health & safety, infection control, safeguarding, moving & positioning, medication administration and many other important policies and procedures that are vital in the delivery of high quality care.

It is very important to us at Bluebird that all our staff have extensive and in-depth knowledge and practical training surrounding their careers so that both our staff and our customers are happy, comfortable, and feel safe when giving and recieving care.
