Recognising the Outstanding care provided by our Live-in Care Assistants.

Registered Manager Bev recently took flowers to Sarah and Patricia, to recognise their person- centred, collaborative approach towards providing Outstanding care.

As Live-in Care Assistants, Sarah and Patricia help our customers to remain safe and happy at home. After visiting Sarah and Patricia, Registered Manager Bev said: 

Sarah and Patricia have truly shown an Outstanding approach to care. Through working together, and in a person-centred way, Sarah and Patricia have strived to ensure that our customer feels happy and safe at home. It was such a joy to also speak to our customer, who told me that she is very, very happy.

Who will care for me? 

All of our Live-in Care Assistants are fully trained to the highest standard, we carry out a robust recruitment process, which includes police checks and personal and professional reference checks. As well as being supported by our Care Assistants, you will also be supported by our management team, who between them have over sixty years of experience in care.
