Working together, Bluebird Care Macclesfield

Bev gifted Flowers to Customer Mrs W and Care Assistant Sue, to recognise and celebrate their special relationship and working together approach.

Yesterday Bev took some flowers to our customer Mrs W and Care Assistant Sue. Sue and Mrs W have a wonderful relationship, over the past few months Sue has worked closely with Mrs W and has taken the time to listen and understand what is important for Mrs W, where her care is concerned. Sue and Mrs W's relationship is a wonderful example of the person-centred support we provide here at Bluebird Care Macclesfield, and the beautiful relationships that can flourish.
