Jaqlyn's Five Year Anniversary

In October 2020 Deputy Manager Jaqlyn celebrated her Five Year Anniversary with Bluebird Care.

We celebrated this very special anniversary in October. Jaqlyn is a very supportive, valued member of the team, she is experienced, knowledgeable, and understands the importance of leadership and working together as a team. Jaqlyn is always approachable, enthusiastic, and takes the time to support our customers and care assistants to the very best of her ability. 

Jaqlyn said: 

“I am so proud to be a part of a team that has been recognised as an Outstanding provider of care at home. In my five years at Bluebird Care I have learnt that each day is very different. Domiciliary care is not without its challenges and this year has shown us challenges that we have never encountered before. What has remained constant is the dedication, commitment and overwhelming desire by the whole team to always provide the gold star standard of service that the customers receive on a daily basis. To be a part of that is all the motivation I need to continue to support individuals to live at home, a place that feels safe, comfortable and familiar.”.
