We have a very dedicated team of Care Assistants and they always strive to go the extra mile in every way possible for our customers. However, we wanted to share one example of this from Clare, who regularly treats her customers to fish and chips. We are proud to support Clare by providing her with funding for her customers’ treats.
We have a very dedicated team of Care Assistants and they always strive to go the extra mile in every way possible for our customers.There are many little things that our Care Assistants do which demonstrate this. Many simply ‘just happen’ because it is all about the simple things that make a difference.
However, we wanted to share one example of this from Clare, who regularly treats her customers to fish and chips. We are proud to support Clare by providing her with funding for her customers’ treats.
Claire explained;
It all started with when I visited Arthur and saw the fish and chip van outside. It was a Friday and as Arthur is Irish (like me), I thought I would buy him a treat as we always have fish and chips on a Friday in Ireland!
It kind of went from there and I now purchase fish and chips for a number of my customers.
One other couple that I purchased fish and chips for explained that it was like Christmas and their birthdays had come at once!
