We recently provided a lot of support to enable a customer, Jack, to return home from hospital to be with his wite.

Jack's wife was very tired after caring for her husband, so we were able to set up 'waking nights' cover to enable her to get some much needed sleep. We also provided several calls during the day so she could continue looking after her husband with our extra support.

Our male carers, Neil and Harry, have built up a good rapport with Jack and he is enjoying the banter.
