My father had a stroke and after seeing an advertisement for Bluebird Care I contacted them to come in to look after my father. From the start of my involvement to the end I can only say that my experience has been wonderful. The care the staff provided was second to none, they were always on time, very professional and polite and very interested in my father’s health and how they could help him. I would recommend Bluebird Care to anyone needing assistance in their own home.
 

Just over a year ago we invited Bluebird Care to provide care for my Mum and support us to keep her living in her own home. The initial meeting to discuss the care requirements was very professional and well managed. The types and levels of care were discussed and the whole family was included in the discussions to decide on what was required.

As the care requirements have increased the staff at Bluebird Care have responded to our changing needs and on occasions have been able to provide cover at short notice. The communications between carers, care managers and us has been excellent, both by email and telephone. As Mum’s need have changed we were able to set up review meetings to discuss our requirements and the Care Manager was able to provide advice on care and disabled aids that could be put in place to make Mum’s life easier.

We have been very pleased with the support and care provided by all of the staff at Bluebird Care. The carers that attended Mum on a daily basis were always good humoured and very caring and gave you confidence to know that Mum was safe in their hands. We would have no hesitation recommending Bluebird Care and would like to thank all of the staff for the kindness and support they have given to us.
