Note of Appreciation!

Whenever we receive feedback from our customers like this recent note, it reignites our drive to continue the work we started months ago.

Dear Mr. Osei-Tutu,

This email is to express our family's heartfelt appreciation for your staff's extraordinary efforts to assist us in a difficult time. Their patience was evident in our many phone conversations here and from the States to both Jeanette and Sharon and in their visits, as well. Rebecca and Fiona gave our parents excellent care during two days of crisis, making them feel comfortable and safe in their own home.

We were particularly impressed by Sharon's efforts on Tuesday, March 11th, the first day we employed Bluebird carers, when the home phone was out of order and Sharon quickly arranged for a phone repair person to visit our home and also supplied an emergency cell phone to assure that there was continuous contact with family, friends, and anyone necessary in an emergency.  

We were very pleased with the professional level of service we experienced from all concerned. Thank you to all for a job well done.
