Alvin has over 15 years managerial experience in the retail sector. He is responsible for the overall running of the business and is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the company.
Alvin is passionate about contributing to the local community and resolute about revolutionising the culture of care in the London Borough of Havering.
After the success of launching my award winning Bluebird Care office in the London borough of Hillingdon, I decided to expand the horizons of providing quality care to residents needing home care in Havering.
My experience in opening the Hillingdon office reinforced and empowered my vision to develop and to do something worthwhile that really makes a difference to people's lives. With the new office we will ensure that we continue to develop, improve and create personalised care to meet the changing needs of those that we care for.

Inspired by her mother who remained in the care industry for many years, Laura joined the team in January 2013 initially as a Care Assistant, then Care Manager for many years before taking on the role of Operations Manager. As Operations Manager she is responsible for the effective and daily governing of the company - ensuring that a credible service is being provided at all times and to CQC's quality assurance compliance framework.
I first started working in care in 2010 and have been in the industry ever since. I started off as a Domicilary Carer with my first company based in Hampshire where I used to live before I moved to Havering in 2013. I started working for Bluebird Care in 2015 and continued my role as carer. I completed my Level 2 BTech Diploma in Health and Social Care. I got promoted to Field Care Supervisor in 2018 for a short period of time then I was promoted to Care Coordinator which is a role where I can support our carers as well as our customers to ensure Bluebird Care are offering the best service possible.
Field Care Supervisor
I have worked in care for 25 years in different roles. I have a Level 3 NVQ. I have been working for Bluebird Care for nearly 4 years. I have always loved my job. I started here as a care worker and worked my way up to Field Care Supervisor which is a role I find very rewarding. I enjoy learning new skills which I get to do often in my new position. I love the support I get from my colleagues both office staff and care workers. I enjoy meeting and shadowing new care workers and meeting new customers. I also love catching up with existing customers that I used to visit. I look forward to the challenges that my new position of supervisor will bring me.
I have been working within the finance sector for over 17 years, I appreciate how import money is. I love the fact that my job involves dealing with people direct and ensuring that our customers are happy from start to finish.
Working at Bluebird Care has ignited my career as I feel, I am now within an important industry which helps people and really makes a difference to people lives. My aim is to make sure our finance department continues to perform at a high standard.
Customer Experience Advisor
I have a passion for helping others. Being the first port of contact as the Customer Experience Advisor for Bluebird Care is the most rewarding job, knowing that I am able to offer support and guidance to the public when they are unsure what steps to take when requiring care.
